About Khatiya Wala
A shop built on clear information
Khatiya Wala was established to give shoppers complete clarity before they buy. Every product page is meant to answer the practical questions first: what the item is, what it is made of, how large it is, and how it is best used.
The store brings together a careful selection of products and the context needed to judge them fairly. We would rather share a plain fact than a dramatic claim, so the story behind the shop is grounded in the details of each item and the way it is presented.
How we select and present
Clarity before claims
Verifying materials
Before an item appears in the shop, we record the materials it is made from as they can be confirmed. Where a detail cannot be verified, we say so rather than filling the gap with an assumption, so shoppers know exactly what they are looking at.
Material notes are written in plain language. Instead of broad terms that sound impressive, each product page names the components and finishes we can actually document.
Measuring what matters
Dimensions, weight, and capacity are listed for every piece where they apply. A size chart is only useful if it is accurate, so we take the measurements ourselves and state the unit used on each listing.
Selecting for the shop
We choose products that can be described honestly. An item earns a place in the catalog when its features, care needs, and limitations can be explained without exaggeration, and when we are comfortable answering questions about it.
Thoughtful merchandising means sharing facts and context before you buy. Each listing is designed to help you decide whether an item suits your needs, not to rush you toward a purchase.
Guidance for buyers
Read the description, check the dimensions, and review the usage notes before ordering. If a detail is still unclear, the contact page is the quickest way to reach us, and we will answer with what we know and what we are still confirming.
Our three-stage process
From sourcing to listing
Every item passes through the same three stages before it is published in the shop. Each stage leaves a written record, so the final listing reflects what was actually checked.
01 Sourcing
We identify candidate items and note where each one comes from, along with any origin details that can be confirmed at the source.
02 Inspecting
Each piece is examined for condition, finish, and construction. We measure it, weigh it where relevant, and set aside anything that does not match its intended description.
03 Documenting
The verified facts are written into the product listing: materials, dimensions, care, and practical usage notes. Only then does the item go live in the shop.
